The Concept
FRAME Your World is an organization dedicated to connecting people who want to help others
with people who already are. We believe that the problems found in our world today can be solved, that
there is indeed hope for the hopeless.
FRAME is still in the conception phase. We don’t know exactly where things will go, but we
hope to open people’s eyes to what they can do for those less fortunate.
We believe that it’s not so much that we are
heartless or cold, but, simply, that our frame of reference needs to be changed. Out of sight, out of mind. We live in a fast-paced
society that has a foundation built upon being busy, making it hard to keep in mind anything or anybody outside of our prescheduled
day.
We are committed to helping our generation, the one that has seemingly no hope, be the very ones who create hope around the world for millions of people in need. This cannot be accomplished by traditional methods. We look to shake things up. Our ultimate goal is to not simply raise awareness, but to force action. Raising the awareness of a situation is the first step, but we won't stop until it has moved past a cognitive recognition and become a realization of the human condition. We believe that this is when people won't have a temporal pity any longer, but a tenacious desire to truly impact the lives of others.
Our generation can make a difference. We are taking aim at changing the way college students perceive their world and giving them the means to do something about it.
